Joliet, IL
2 Story parking garage in the city of Joliet, IL. The garage was resting between two other city buildings that were not to be disturbed. Our experience allowed us to demo the garage safely and quickly.
Industrial Warehouse
Milwaukee, WI
Demolished 12 industrial warehouses with our team in a few weeks leveraging state of the art equipment. We recycled bricks, old beams, scrap metal, and salvaged artifacts to showcase in a local museum.

LTV Steel Mill Hoyt Lakes, MN
Successfully completed the demolition of the former LTV Steel Mill delivering a safe, environmentally responsible, and development-ready site. The project included the controlled implosion of a 10-story structure, coordinated closely with local municipalities to ensure public safety. All steel was recycled, reusable materials were carefully salvaged, and the property was professionally graded leaving a clean, secure site prepared for future development.
IDOT House Demolition
Chicago & Joliet, IL
Licensed, insured, and bonded to complete the demo of 29 residential homes in Chicago and Joliet as part of an infrastructure improvement project for IDOT. Included full structural teardown, complete foundation removal, and site preparation to support construction of a new highway interchange and I80 highway and bridge improvements. All work was proudly performed by Union tradesman.
Empress Casino

Trusted crisis response experience who rapidly mobilized and was onsite within 30 minutes to an emergency fire at the Empress Casino in Joliet, IL. Working directly with the fire department, our team performed a controlled demolition to separate the pavilion from the main casino, stopping the fire from spreading. The rapid response and precise execution helped protect the remaining structure and support ongoing fire suppression efforts.
